Kufri Badshah - This variety has large, oval, white, fleet eyes that are mostly used in cooking. The states that produce this potato variety are Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab etc. It takes 100–110 days to grow fully. 

Kufri Lalima - These types of potatoes are mostly grown in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. They are medium-sized and have medium-deep eyes and white flesh. It takes 110 days to grow.

Kufri Ashoka - The states that grow Kufri Ashoka are Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. It takes a maximum of 80 days to grow fully. These can be affected by late light.

Kufri Pukhraj - Its major producing states are Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Himachal, and west Bengal. These potatoes are perfect for boiling and roasting. This variety takes a maximum of 90 days to grow.
